The object of this MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE is to provide the end user of the RAF 2000 Gyroplane a schedule of preventative maintenance so that the aircraft is kept in a safe and serviceable condition at all times. When this schedule of maintenance is followed the owner and builder can enjoy many hours of trouble free recreational flying.

RAF recommends that these records be signed off with the owner's initials at the check boxes. The records should be kept for the life of the aircraft, and filed in a safe place.

This manual is set up so that the maintenance is performed in a series of inspections every 25 hours of flight operations or every calendar month which ever is soonest. This method of maintenance will then continue for the life of the gyroplane. The inspections will be as follows:

25 HOUR INSPECTION

This is an inspection every 25 hours of operation. e.g.: 25 hours, 50 hours, 75 hours, and so forth.

50 HOUR INSPECTION

This is another 25 hour inspection, plus the scheduled maintenance recommended for the 50 hour inspection.

100 HOUR INSPECTION

This is the 25 hour inspection, the 50 hour inspection, plus the scheduled maintenance recommended for the 100 hour inspection.

200 HOUR INSPECTION

This is the 25 hour inspection, the 50 hour inspection, the 100 hour inspection, plus the scheduled maintenance recommended for the 200 hour inspection.

500 HOUR INSPECTION

This is the 25 hour inspection, the 50 hour inspection, the 100 hour inspection, the 200 hour inspection, plus the scheduled maintenance recommended for the 500 hour inspection.

PHOTOCOPY THESE FORMS AND USE THEM FOR EACH INSPECTION
