Parts Returning Policy PDF Print E-mail

We would like to remind you that when you place an order for parts to refer to your construction manual for the part number, to avoid ordering the wrong parts. There are no exchanges or refunds in this instance.

Please contact us before returning any products.

No returns without a copy of the original invoice. - Missing items must be reported within 24 hours.

All products sold are inspected for damage before shipment and are shipped in new condition. RAFSA Parts Warehouse is not responsible for product damage that occurs due to shipping. In theses instances, you must contact the shipper/carrier and place a damage claim with them. We will coordinate with them to resolve any issues, however the receiver must initiate the claim.

RAFSA Parts Warehouse does not refund shipping charges and parts returned shipping cost is for the clients account and not for RAFSA.

All items accepted for returns must be returned within 10 days, in original packaging, and in like new condition. No Exceptions.

All items ordered in error by customer or unwanted items will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, and return request must be received within 7 days of delivery. Do not return merchandise to us COD or postage due.

Special ordered items and electrical parts cannot be returned. All sales final on these items.
